2. Vinegar / Lemon

- Take a bowl and add two litres of raw milk and warm it little for s while.
- After that, put the gas flame on low and add two tablespoon of vinegar or you can use 4-6 tablespoon of lemon juice and stir it well .

- Left it over for five minutes and separate the water with cheese. Make a ball of the cheese and squeeze the ball well with soft hands, do that the required sour water comes out of the ball.
- Now, take well warmed water in a bowl and at once, pour the ball and stretch it, then squeeze it. Repeat the procedure/ process for five to six minutes.
- Now take cold water and repeat the same procedure/ process as of with warm water for 3-5 minutes.
- Now, after squeezing out the required water , wrap the ball in a plastic sheet or in some foil paper and place the wrapped ball in refrigerator for 30 minutes to get set.
