“Instant recipe for LEMON CHICKEN / LEMON CHICKEN YAKHNI in just 30 minutes”

Good evening everyone.!!so, during this quarantine time most of the people had demanded for the recipes that are easy to make and ready to eat and doesn’t make you chubby! Usually people are missing there street foods like momos, red pasta , white pasta, noodles, fried rice Manchurian and etc. But if we started eating all these during this time, we will definitely come with our belly . So its our responsible to take care of our body too , so, after a long search of few days I had brought something for you

1.For LEMON CHICKEN:-

Ingredients for Instant recipe for LEMON CHICKEN

1.Chicken(main ingredient) – 1kg

For marination;

• lemon juice – 2 tablespoon

• Salt – (as per taste)

• Black pepper powder – 1½ table spoon

• Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 table spoon

• Curd or yogurt – 1 cup

For cooking;

• Oil or Butter – 4 tablespoon

• Tej patta ( Bay leaves ) – 2-4

• Black pepper corn – 3-5

• Ginger juilinne – 1 tablespoon

• Salt – ( as per taste )

• Lemon juice – 2 tablespoon

• Black pepper powder – 1 tablespoon

Procedure : for Instant recipe for LEMON CHICKEN / LEMON CHICKEN YAKHNI in just 30 minutes

  1. Take a clean bowl and wash the chicken.

2. Now, pour 2 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder over the washed chicken.

3. Mix well and left the marination for 5 minutes.

4. Now, take a pan and add 4 tablespoon of oil or you can use butter also.( about 250 gm)

5. After heating up the oil add two bay leaves( tej patta), 3 to 4 black pepper corn, ginger juilinne and cook it just for 2-3 minutes.

6. Now, put the entire marinated chicken into the pan ( including the slurry in the bowl ).

7. Stir chicken for about 3 to 5 minutes on the high flame .

8. Add 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder and 2 tablespoon of lemon juice. Let it Cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes . Cover the pan.

9. After a few minutes, you can see the changing colour of the slurry, which indicates that the chicken is almost cooked. Add salt ( as per taste ).

10. Now, take 1 tablespoon of corn flour in a small bowl and add 50 to 70 ml. of water. Mix the flour with water and pour it in the pan.

11. Stir the chicken and let it cook for 5 minutes.

12. Your instant LEMON CHICKEN is ready to serve . So juicy!, that makes your mouth watering by its smell.

2.Lemon Chicken Yakhni : in just 30 minutes

Ingredients :

(The ingredients required for marination in CHICKEN YAKHNI are same as the Lemon Chicken recipe)

#For slurry ;

• Curd – 700 to 1 kg

• Kashmiri tikki masala (a magic masala that adds colour and flavour)- ¾th teaspoon

• Fennet seed (sauf powder) – 1 tablespoon

• Cinnamon stick – 1-2

• Black pepper corn – 4-6

• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon

• Salt – (as per taste)

Procedure : for Instant recipe for LEMON CHICKEN / LEMON CHICKEN YAKHNI in just 30 minutes

  1. Put the marinated chicken into the pressure cooker . Give it one whistle .
  2. Heat the pan and put 4 tablespoons of oil. After heating up the oil, add ¾ th teaspoon of kashmiri tikki masala, sauf powder 1 tablespoon, 2 sticks of cinnamon, and stir it well.
  3. Add curd ( 1kg curd for 1kg chicken ) and keep stirring till the curd leaves oil and colour.
  4. Now add pressure cooked chicken into the curd pan .
  5. Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. To make slurry thick, add 1 tablespoon of corn starch/flour with a glass of water .
  7. Your LEMON CHICKEN YAKHNI is ready to serve for the Lunch/Dinner/Party.
