@Procedure: for “Homemade Recipe:- Eggless Custard”

  • Take a cold/ room temperature pan and add Amul milk nearly about half litre, if not you can use also Buffalo milk in the place of preserved milk for the creamy taste.
  • We had already used 500ml of milk but, we also take 30-40 ml. Of milk in a separate mug for the mixing.
  • Now, in a mug we are going to add custard powder. You can use any brand or any local brand, here I am using Brown&Polson and you can also use WeiKfield ( any other local brand )
  • Basically, in local brand, there is only presence of corn flour having flavours. So, you can use any kind of this corn flour/starch and mix them with milk and later you can use chocolate or mango to give them a flavour simply by building.
  • Now, add 2 to 3 big tbsp of custard powder in mug and mix well. Here, I ask you for 2-3 tbsp of the custard powder because by adding 2 spoons of powder you will get a medium quality custard & by adding 3 spoons of powder you will get a rich quality of custard or to say a smooth and silky quality of custard.
  • NOTE: When you are going to use 2-3 spoons of powder you may later have to add some more milk to separate the milk in mug as of your requirement .
  • Now, place the mug a side and take the pan of milk and add fresh milk cream of around 2 tbsp.
  • Put the pan of high gas flame and mic the cream with milk very nicely to ignore the presence of cream.
  • When the milk gets little warm, we will add sugar of around 75-100 gm or you can Aldo add as per your taste. If you doesn’t want to add sugar , its okay to add honey, when the custard gets ready. But, add honey before you add fruits for better results.
  • TIP : Don’t add your mixture ( mug ) in hot milk, as it will make Lumos and get hard to remove.
  • Now, our milk is well mixed and warmed so add spoon by spoon of mixture and stir by each spoon to ignore lumps. By doing this trick, the custard powder also gets cooked and give a nice texture and flavour.
  • Now, put the flame on medium low gas and continuously stir the custard for 3-4 minutes or cook it well till the bubbles comes at the boundaries on the high flame that take only a minute to proceed .
  • Now, turn off the gas flame and take a little amount of custard in a plate and place it in refrigerator for 2-3 minutes, so that we can taste it and check whether the custard is cooked or not.
  • When, the custard is getting cool down, add a tablespoon of butter. By adding butter, you will get a very nice flavour of it in your custard. Now, mix well.
  • After mixing, you will add small amount of milk and mix it well. { only around 100 ml by small quantity }. This will gave you a creamy and silky texture in your custard .
  • Now, we will filter the custard in a bowl, at once, to get rid of lumps.
  • We will add now a tablespoon of fresh cream for a nice texture. ( not compulsory )
  • Now, cover the bowl with aluminum foil paper and air tight it with the help of a rubber band and place it in the refrigerator for around  an hour.
  • After cooling down, remove the cover and stir well to avoid and to mix the layer of custard.

  • Now, we will add fruits like grapes, mango, pomegranate, kiwi , papaya , etc. And mix well.
