Now, here is a recipe I have for you to make your quarantine life a little busy and its moreover a medicinal dish for you that you should try and spread as much as you can. [Healthy & Immunity booster DISH ( ready within 30 minutes) ]. Because, it is an energy booster dish of two flavour : 1. Milk. 2.Tomato

The dish is totally fat free and strengthen bones, muscles, improves digestion , cholesterol level , lower the risk of heart disease. You know why?? Because the main ingredient or the king of the this recipe are GINGER & GARLIC {(Healthy & Immunity booster DISH( ready within 30 minutes )}

Ginger-Garlic

#Ginger;

The Healthy & Immunity booster DISH With Medicinal Properties ( ready within 30 minutes recipe is of two flavours, so,I will start with my favorite one i.e., “@milk curry

@Milk curry: Healthy & Immunity booster DISH

Milk curry

Ingredients : Healthy & Immunity booster DISH

  1. Ginger ( 50 gm )
  2. Garlic ( 25 gm )
  3. Milk (500 ml )
  4. Salt (as per taste )
  5. Cumin seeds
  6. Almonds ( 15-20 )
  7. Pasley
  8. Dry fruits ( cashew nut + almonds etc.)

#Procedure for milk curry ; Healthy & Immunity booster DISH

  1. Take a pan and add about 5-6 spoons of desi ghee and heat.
  2. Now. After heat up add few cumin seeds and garlic paste + ginger paste and stir well.
  3. Note that the garlic paste and ginger paste should be grind separately and even after grinding, don’t mix up the pastes. The flavours of both may get mixed up and spoil the dishes flavour .
  4. When the garlic+ginger starts turning its colour to red, add almond paste and stir well, so that the almond adds its flavour.
  5. Note that the almonds should be grind nicely, so that while eating it doesn’t comes in mouth or it doesn’t comes in notice.
  6. Now after mixing and stirring well add 500ml of milk and add some salt of half tea spoon ( as per taste ).
  7. Cook well, till it looks little thick. Now , add some dry fruits and Paisley for nice flavour and garnishing .
  8. Serve hot and you can eat it as it is ( only a single small bowl because it’s consist of ginger & garlic mainly ) or with rice or chapatti.

@tomato curry : Healthy & Immunity booster DISH

Tomato curry

#Ingredients : Healthy & Immunity booster DISH

  1. Ginger (50gm)
  2. Garlic (25gm)
  3. Onion paste (2-3 medium sized )
  4. Tomato paste ( 5-6 medium sized )
  5. Salt ( as per taste )
  6. Red chilli powder
  7. Tumeric powder
  8. Cumin seeds

#Procedure : Healthy & Immunity booster DISH

  1. Take a pan and add about 5-6 spoons of desi ghee and heat.
  2. Now. After heat up add few cumin seeds and onion paste and let it cook. Healthy & Immunity booster DISH
  3. While cooking add ginger paste + garlic paste and stir well.
  4. Note that the garlic paste and ginger paste should be grind separately and even after grinding, don’t mix up the pastes. The flavours of both may get mixed up and spoil the dishes flavour .
  5. When the garlic+ginger+ onion starts turning its colour to red, add tomato paste and stir well.
  6. Now add a half tea spoon of salt , one third of red chilli powder and a pinch of tumeric powder and still well.
  7. Cook the curry for few minutes till the curry leaves the oil.
  8. Now add some water 50 ml and cook well.
  9. Serve hot and you can eat it with rice or chapatti.
