10 Summer Refreshing Drinks for Weight Loss ( sharbat )

OUR REFRESHING DRINKS :  So summers are here and most of the important thing, that we need, during these summers is, to have some refreshing drinks or sharbat recipes. Most healthy people can stay well hydrated by drinking water and other fluids whenever they feel thirsty.

1.KERI KA SHARBAT: 

NO. ONE IS KERI KA SHARBAT “OUR REFRESHING DRINKS

INGREDIENTS:

  • RAW MANGOMango pulp| refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • WATER – HALF CUPWater | refreshing drinks| sharbat
  • MINT LEAVES- AS REQUIREDMint leaves | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • SUGAR – HALF CUP OR TO TASTESugar | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • BLACK SALTBlack salt | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • CUMIN SEEDS (roasted & crushed) – 1 tspJeera/cumin seeds | refreshing drinks
  • ICE CUBESIce cubes | refreshing drinks | sharbat

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take 3 raw mangoes in a pan and boil it in water properly, until it gets soft.
  2. Now, remove out the pulp from mangoes.
  3. Take the jar and add mango pulp, water, mint leaves, sugar, black salt, cumin seeds and blend until combined.
  4. Now, take a glass/jar, add ice cubes one-fourth of the utensil, add some mint leaves, and at last, add the blended mixture.
  5. Add some soda ( fill the utensil half of it) and fill it with water and give a mix with straw.

2. GUR KA SHARBAT:

NO. TWO IS GUR KA SHARBAT.”OUR REFRESHING DRINKS

INGREDIENTS:

  • BASIL SEEDS (TUKHMALANGA) – 3-4 TBSBasil seeds | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • JAGGERY ( GUR ) CRUSHED – 250 GMSJaggery | refreshing drinks
  • WATER – 1 LITREWater | refreshing drinks| sharbat
  • LEMON JUICE – 3-4 TBSlemon juice / refreshing drinks
  • ICE CUBESIce cubes | refreshing drinks | sharbat

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take 3-4 tbs of basil seeds and let them soak in water for a few times.
  2. Take a jar and add some jaggery 250 gms, plus water and mix it well till it dissolves.
  3. Add soaked basil seeds in the jar and add 3-4 tbs of lemon juice and stir well.
  4. Take a glass, add some ice cubes, and then add this refreshing GUR KA SHARBAT.

3. DOODH SODA:

” THIS IS NO. THIRD~ DOODH SODA”OUR REFRESHING DRINKS

INGREDIENTS:

  • WATER – 1 LITREWater | refreshing drinks| sharbat
  • BASIL SEEDS (TUKHMALANGA) – 1-2 TBSBasil seeds | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • SUGAR – 4 TBS OR AS PER TASTESugar | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • MILK (DOODH) – HALF LITREMilk | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • SOFT DRINK/CLUB SODASoda | refreshing drinks
  • ICE CUBESIce cubes | refreshing drinks | sharbat

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take one-fourth cup of water and add 1-2 tbs of basil seeds/tukhmalanga to soak for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Take a jar and add some 4 tbs of sugar and then add some milk about half a liter and mix well.
  3. Now, add soaked basil seeds/tukhmalanga in the jar and stir well. ( Refrigerate until chilled )
  4. Take a glass, add 5-6 ice cubes, a little amount of soft drink( fill one-third of glass ), then add our milk mixture.

4. WATERMELON JUICE:

“THE NEXT ONE IS WATERMELON JUICE”.OUR REFRESHING DRINKS

INGREDIENTS:

  • WATER – 2 CUPSWater | refreshing drinks| sharbat
  • WATERMELON ( DESEEDED ) – 4 CUPSWatermelon | watermelon juice | refreshing drinks
  • LEMON JUICE – HALF CUPlemon juice / refreshing drinks
  • SUGAR – TO TASTESugar | refreshing drinks | sharbat

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a jar and 4 cups of watermelon+2 cups of water+half cup of lemon juice+half cup of sugar or as per your taste.
  2. Blend it well till all the ingredients get mixed up properly and serve with some ice cubes in a glass.

5.COLD COFFEE:

” COLD COFFEE IS ANOTHER REFRESHING DRINKS THAT YOU NEED IN SUMMERS AND MUST TRY THIS”.

INGREDIENTS:

  • INSTANT COFFEE – 2 TBSInstant coffee | refreshing drinks
  • WATER – 2 TBSWater | refreshing drinks| sharbat
  • SUGAR – 2 TBS OR TO TASTESugar | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • MILK – 2 CUPSMilk | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • CREAM ( optional ) – 2 TBS
  • ICE CUBESIce cubes | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • ICE CREAM – 2 SCOOPS
  • HERSHEY SYRUP

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a small bowl, and add 2 tbs of instant coffee and about 2 tbs of water and mix.
  2. Add 2 tbs of sugar (or as per your taste) in a jar and put the coffee mixture in it and add 2 cups of milk+ 2 tbs of cream ( optional ) and blend, till it gets smooth.
  3. Now add one scoop of ice cream and give 1-2 blend.
  4. Take a glass, add ⅓ of ice cubes and pour the coffee into the glass and place a scoop of ice cream over the coffee and give a nice touch of Hershey syrup over it.

6. SHIKNJBEEN:

” SHIKNJBEEN IS THE ANOTHER ONE REFRESHING DRINKS OR SHARBAT THAT YOU MUST TRY THIS SUMMER”.

INGREDIENTS:

  • MINT LEAVES – HAND FULLMint leaves | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • SUGAR – 2 TBS OR TO TASTESugar | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • GINGER ( grated ) – 1 TSPginger / chitranna / lemon rice
  • LEMON JUICE – 3 TBSlemon juice / refreshing drinks
  • BLACK SALT – HALF TSPBlack salt | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • WATER – HALF LITREWater | refreshing drinks| sharbat
  • ICE CUBES

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a jar and add a handful of mint leaves + 2 tbs of sugar + 1 tsp of grated ginger + 3 tbs of lemon juice +  half tsp of black salt + 1 cup of chilled water.
  2. Blend them well until combined and take a small jar and add some ice cubes + lemon slices and pour the mixture into it.

7. FALSA JUICE:

” SO THE NEXT ONE IS FALSA JUICE “.OUR REFRESHING DRINKS

INGREDIENTS:

  • WATER – 2 CUPWater | refreshing drinks| sharbat
  • FALSA – 2 CUPSFalsa | fruit | refreshing drinks
  • SUGAR – 2 CUPSSugar | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • ICE CUBESIce cubes | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • BLACK SALT – 1 TSPBlack salt | refreshing drinks | sharbat

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a jar and add 2 cups of water + 2 cups of falsa + 2 cups of sugar + some ice cubes and give a nice blend to it.
  2. After taking a nice blend, filter the juice and add 1 tsp of black salt and server!

8. KHARBOOZA ( MELON ) JUICE :

” HERE IS THE 8TH ONE MELON JUICE / KHARBOOZA JUICE”.OUR REFRESHING DRINKS

INGREDIENTS:

  • KHARBOOZA ( MELON ) – 2 CUPSMelon | fruit | refreshing drinks
  • WATER – ONE-FOURTH CUPWater | refreshing drinks| sharbat
  • SUGAR – 3 TBS OR TO TASTESugar | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • ICE CUBESIce cubes | refreshing drinks | sharbat

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a jar and add 2 cups of water + 2 cups of melon + 3 tbs of sugar or as per your taste.
  2. Give a nice blend and add some ice cubes and then blend it again and serve chill.

9. IMLI AND ALOO BUKHARA SHARBAT :

” THIS IS MY FAVORITE ONE THAT IS IMLI AND ALOO BHUKARA SHARBAT”. OUR REFRESHING DRINKS!

INGREDIENTS:

  • TAMARIND PULP ( IMLI KA GOODA ) – ONE-FOURTH CUP ( SOAKED OVERNIGHT )Tamarind pulp | imli | refreshing drinks
  • PLUMS ( DRIED AND DESEEDED )/ ALOO BUKHARA -ONE-FOURTH ( SOAKED OVERNIGHT )Plums | fruit | refreshing drinks
  • SUGAR – 3 TBS OR TO TASTESugar | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  •  SALT – HALF TSPsalt
  • WATER – 1 CUPWater | refreshing drinks| sharbat
  • ICE CUBESIce cubes | refreshing drinks | sharbat

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a jar and add one-fourth cup of imli ka good/tamarind pulp + one-fourth cup of aloo Bukhara / plums + 3 tbs of sugar + one cup of water.
  2. Give it a nice blend and then add some ice cubes ina small jar and pour the juice and serve.

10. ALOHA ( PLUMS ) JUICE:

” HERE IS the LAST ONE BUT EASIEST ONE THAT IS ALOHA JUICE”

INGREDIENTS:

  • PLUMS ( ALOO BUKHARA) DESEEDED – 1 CUPPlums | fruit | refreshing drinks
  • SUGAR – 3 TBS OR TO TASTESugar | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • BLACK SALT – HALF TSPBlack salt | refreshing drinks | sharbat
  • WATER – 1 CUPWater | refreshing drinks| sharbat
  • ICE CUBESIce cubes | refreshing drinks | sharbat

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a jar and add 1 cup of plums ( aloo Bukhara ) deseeded + 3 tbs of sugar + half tsp of black salt + 1 cup of water.
  2. Give it a nice blend till it combined and then add some ice cubes in a small jar, pour the juice over it.

 

 

So, here are 10 most refreshing drinks and sharbat that you all must try during these days. 5th one and the 9th one are favorites, whenever I feel dehydrated, I used to drink this sharbat which provides me full [email protected]!!!
